Complaints
We hope that you will be satisfied with the service that we provide, but we recognise that there may be occasions where you will not be satisfied with the way in which the matter has been dealt with.
Should you have any comments or complaints regarding our service, you should contact info@smallbusinessrescue.co.uk or telephone Mohammad Tarequzzaman on 020 4509 0721 in the first instance during normal office hours. If we cannot quickly resolve your complaint because you are not satisfied with the initial response which you receive, you should address your formal complaint in writing to Mohammad Tarequzzaman at tareq@smallbusinessrescue.co.uk or at the above address. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing within 5 business days. We endeavour to respond, in writing, to all complaints within a period of 21 business days commencing with the expiry of the initial acknowledgement. This period allows time for an investigation of the matters that have been raised.
If you are still not satisfied with the response that you have received, then you have the right to complain to the recognised professional body which governs the insolvency practitioner. For Angela Canning and Kevin Weir, this is the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA). You are able to lodge a complaint at any time via the Insolvency Practitioner Complaints Gateway.
